For Polyester(PE) paint the weather resistance is over 10 years without change of colour and fluorocarbon(PVDF) is 20 years.

The thickness of coating are: Polyester coating 20-25um, fluorine carbonic coating 25-30um, and surface varnish about 10um above the patterns, which ensure the durable performance of the product. Complete coating specifications. The aluminum palte thickness may be 0.06-1.5mm, with the plate width reaching 2150mm.
